Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) Closure Announcement

The NHS Norfolk and Waveney Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing from the 12th April 2024

Your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After 30 June 2024 you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD service.

Please note We do not take requests over the telephone.

Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered in the following ways:

Registering for the NHS App, you can find more information at www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
Through the Prescriptions section of the website
Paper requests for those unable to use online services.
